The electronic control is equipped with an on/off switch, illuminated LCD display, HACCP protocol system as well as visibleand audible alarm system for high/low temperature warning, sensor fault, etc.
The controller has the ability to monitor the device parameters and its course based on the HACCP protocol or, afterequipping the device with a WiFi module, in the free Epoca CLOUD.
The flat-surface user interface meets the IP65 standard for resistance to permeation by dust and splashed water.

· if the temperature drops below the set value, an acoustic alarm is triggered and an optical signal appears in the digital display
