RILLING’s refrigerated and freezing counters are designed for professionals to optimise and increase efficiency in every sector of the HORECA industry and beyond. We offer equipment to both GN 1/1 and GN 2/3 gastronorm and EN4060 bakery standard. Models are available with different net capacities – from 220 to 580 liters, in a number of configurations, with different body heights for optimum use of the available space. As standard, the RILLING counters feature a built-in chiller, and as an option they can also be adapted for connection to a central refrigeration system.

The electronic control is equipped with an on/off switch, illuminated LCD display, HACCP protocol system as well as visibleand audible alarm system for high/low temperature warning, sensor fault, etc.
The controller has the ability to monitor the device parameters and its course based on the HACCP protocol or, afterequipping the device with a WiFi module, in the free Epoca CLOUD.
The flat-surface user interface meets the IP65 standard for resistance to permeation by dust and splashed water.
Alarm System
· the alarm system constantly monitors the correct storage of the chilled goods
· if the temperature drops below the set value, an acoustic alarm is triggered and an optical signal appears in the digital display
